To sum it up, our complete lifestyle influences our health. Every single cell in the body needs proper nutrition in order to function well, and thus, maintain a strong immune system and stable overall health.
Apparently, these common food allergies are an unpredictable byproduct of various environmental factors, most of which were several decades ago.
Therefore, we should become aware of the everyday threat we are subjected to and struggle to eliminate chemicals and toxins from our food, in order to protect our health.
