We present an old folk medicine from Germany, made from garlic, lemon, ginger and water. This combination of super healthy foods will give you an excellent health boost.
The drink will very effectively treat your obstructive artery, and will regulate you blood pressure. It also helps with the general fatigue of the body, strengthens the immune system and cleans the liver. This natural remedy prevents the appearance of free radicals in the body that cause the most serious diseases and a number of other conditions associated with diseases of the heart and circulation.
This is how to prepare it:
- 4 large garlic heads
- 4 lemon with peel
- 1 smaller ginger root (about 3-4cm) or two tablespoons
- 2 liters of clean water
Wash the lemon and cut it into pieces. If the lemon is not organic or is sprayed then treat it with a solution of vinegar and water. Peel the garlic and place it with the lemon and the ginger in a blender.
Next, use the blender and make a homogenous mixture. Add the blended mixture in a metal bowl, pour two liters of water and heat everything together while stirring to the boiling point. Immediately before the mixture starts boiling turn off the heat and let everything cool down. Strain through a medium dense strainer and fill in glass bottles.
This medicinal drink should be consumed every day, one glass of 2 dl for at least 2 hours before meals, or on a completely empty stomach. Beverage must be refrigerated.
Kura treatment lasts for three weeks with a daily intake of one glass after which you need to take a break of one week, and after the break you can again continue with the consumption in the same cycle. If the taste does not suit you, you can add honey. After three weeks of use you should feel a significant regeneration of the body from using this beverage.
The infusion is in addition to the already mentioned benefits particularly useful in preventing calcification in the body that causes the stones in organs and clogging of blood vessels.
The combination of lemon, water and cooking will neutralize the smell of garlic. Before consumption always shake the bottle to precipitate the lemon and garlic on the bottom to be mixed with the juice.
